General Healthcare
Dr. Houghton has been practicing Primary Care for over 20 yrs. He trained at UCSD in Family Medicine and is certified by the Academy of HIV Medicine. He provides Travel Medicine recommendations to any country or continent in the World based on the CDC guidelines.

Air Traffic Controller and Pilot Physicals
Dr. Houghton is a certified AME. He trained at the FAA in Oklahoma and performs Student, Class I, II, II exams as well as Air traffic Control Physicals. One of his missions, is to keep our skies safe. We schedule you promptly and certify you as soon as possible.
Services We Provide
Immigration Physicals
Dr. Houghton has been performing Immigration Physicals for over 15 yrs. He speaks English, Spanish and German. Our office provides on site laboratory testing that meets immigration requirements. We are happy to assist you and know how the process can be stressful for our new fellow Americans.
We’re located on the second floor of the Manpower building (underneath the blue bar in the photo).
On the surrounding streets there’s a mixture of metered parking, free 2-hour parking, all day parking (if you’re lucky) and one handicapped space in front. The address is:
